Frequently Asked Questions
Are child photos and clothing data uploaded to a server?
TinyStyle stores child profiles, clothing, outfits, and spending records on your device by default. Only when you actively use AI try-on and confirm permission are the selected child photo and clothing images sent through TinyStyle's server proxy to an AI image generation service for the requested preview.
Are AI try-on results always accurate?
Results depend on photo quality, clothing image clarity, pose, lighting, background, and network conditions. They are for reference only and do not guarantee size, fit, or purchasing outcomes.
What does TinyStyle Pro include?
TinyStyle Pro is an auto-renewable monthly subscription. The price shown on the App Store purchase confirmation page applies. Pro supports multiple child profiles, 30 successful AI try-ons per subscription cycle, and detailed clothing lists by size.
How do I cancel or restore a subscription?
Subscriptions are managed by your Apple Account. You can cancel renewal in iOS Settings under Subscriptions, or restore a purchase in TinyStyle under Profile → Membership & Try-On Quota.
What is included in the Free plan?
Free includes 1 child profile, unlimited clothing and outfit records, 10 successful AI try-ons in total, and basic spending and category statistics.

How do weather outfit recommendations work?
Save an outfit in the closet and pick its temperature tag under Weather Suitability (hot, warm, cool, or cold, each with a temperature reference). Only the current child’s outfits with all clothes present and purchased are eligible. Tap the white cloud-and-sun button at the bottom right of the closet and use your current location or choose a city. The page shows that city’s weather hour by hour for the next 24 hours, the feels-like temperature range, and matching outfits. Rain, snow, wind, UV, and extreme temperatures appear as reminders only and never filter results. If nothing matches, add or adjust the outfits’ temperature tags. Manual city selection works even if you decline location access. Pro is not required.
Why can’t I find cities outside mainland China?
Due to map data service limitations, devices set to mainland China currently cannot search for or locate cities outside mainland China: searching shows that the city could not be found, and Use Current Location may fail to recognize a city while abroad. Devices set to other regions are not affected.
