Service Description

TinyStyle helps parents record clothing for children aged 0–12, manage a closet, create AI virtual try-on previews, and track spending. Core features include child profile management, clothing entry and classification, AI try-on generation, an outfit whiteboard, and spending statistics.

AI Try-On Notice

• AI try-on is provided by a third-party image generation service together with TinyStyle's server proxy.
• Results depend on photo quality, clothing image clarity, pose, lighting, background complexity, network conditions, and current AI model capability. Results are for reference only.
• We do not guarantee that results match real wearing and they are not a promise about size, fit, fabric, or purchasing outcomes.

Subscriptions and Payment

Version 1.0 offers Free and Pro:

• Free: 1 child profile, unlimited clothing and outfits, 10 successful AI try-ons in total, and basic spending and category statistics.
• Pro: an auto-renewable monthly subscription with multiple child profiles, 30 successful AI try-ons per subscription cycle, and detailed clothing lists by size. The price shown on the App Store purchase confirmation page applies.

Version 1.0 does not offer Pro+, annual plans, or extra AI try-on packs, and iCloud sync is not a Pro benefit. Purchases, renewal, cancellation, and refunds follow Apple App Store and StoreKit rules. You can cancel renewal in your Apple Account subscription settings.

User Responsibilities and Prohibited Conduct

• You must have lawful rights to use uploaded child photos and clothing images.
• Do not upload images that infringe portrait, privacy, or copyright rights.
• Do not use the app for illegal, infringing, or child-harming activity.
• Do not reverse engineer the app, abuse APIs, or interfere with the service.

Disclaimer

The app is provided “as is.” We do not guarantee AI results, absolute data accuracy, or uninterrupted service. We are not responsible for interruption or data loss caused by networks, third-party AI services, devices, or force majeure.

Changes and Termination

We may update these terms. Major changes will be communicated in the app, release notes, or on this page. You may delete the app or your data to stop using TinyStyle.

Governing Law and Disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Disputes should first be resolved through negotiation and, if unresolved, submitted to a court with jurisdiction where we are located.
